I hired David Flautt to file 10 Stop Work Orders against a contractor. I went with him to the courthouse in Oxford to file the Stop Work Orders, and we put them in the basket on the Chancery Clerk's counter for processing. After we got back to my vehicle, he said he needed to go back inside to chec...k on something. Some months later, I was wondering why I hadn't heard anything in regard to the work orders and learned that some of the properties had been sold. I went to the courthouse and learned that no orders had been filed. Fill in the blanks. It cost our company over $31,000, which broke us. I would NEVER recommend David Flautt to anyone.
