I’ve always heard nothing but good things about the Farese. I caught a drug charge in 2017 & I immediately went to Mr. Anthony Farese. I loved his personality simply because he was straight forward with me and didn’t sugar coat on how much time I was facing (up to 15 years). Long story short went to court first offer was 2 years of house arrest. I didn’t accept the offer. Second offer was 3 years of supervised probation 1500$ fine & court cost. I accepted that plea. I would highly recommend Mr. Farese to anyone & I was more than happy with my results ! Once again thank you Mr. Anthony Farese.

We are 2000 miles away and Mr. Farese saved our son!
Our 24 year old son was arrested last year in Mississippi, some 2000 miles from our home. I was fortunate enough to get referred to Tony and knew as soon as I spoke to his secretary I knew I was in the right place. His assistant asked all the right questions about where my son was being held and what the charges were. In fact, she was able to reach Mr. Farese who immediately turned around and went to see him in the Tupelo jail. As soon as he left the jail, Tony called me to assure me that our son was ok and that he knew one of the case agents. I immediately felt relieved as I know that criminal defense is a "relationship" area of the law, and Mr. Farese and his staff know all the right people. Our son was out of custody and into a rehab in our home state within 48 hours! He has now been sober over 60 days and very into recovery. That is due in great part to the fact that Mr. Farese was able to get both the Felony drug charges and the misdemeanor vehicle code charges to be REJECTED by the DA!
My son feels a huge debt of gratitude to Mr. Farese in that he still has a future due to the fast, decisive and winning ways of his lawyer! And as his parents, we owe him our sanity!
I would highly recommend him for any criminal defense matter.
