Like the last review mentioned, Kayla is very calm and poised. She is also very honest about possible outcomes and great about explaining the law, processes, and procedures. I try to be a good person and do the right thing, but I’m sure I am a handful as a client. I’m OCD about things. I can talk the... ear off a brick wall. I’m bad about interjecting. You get the idea. I’m working on those flaws, but Kayla’s been great about working with them and being gracious about it. Though I’m sure she’s wanted to pull her own hair out a time or two! Ha! She’s definitely someone I would recommend anyone hiring! She’s ethical, honest, and her pleadings are beautifully organized to “chip away” at the opposing claims and build a strong foundation of proof.
