We received a letter from a supposed representative for a debtor who was making demands that seemed unusually harsh. We contacted Mr. Smith's office and faxed a copy of the letter to them. After meeting for a consultation, we were glad to hear that the letter did indeed overstep the boundaries and af...ter a phone call and response from Mr. Smith's office, we were able to reach an amicable conclusion with the debtor. Mr. Smith's office staff was very professional and accommodating. We highly recommend them.
