As an attorney, what I enjoy most is the opportunity to get to know each client so that I can really understand and appreciate the problems they are facing and come up with a viable solution to their legal problems. I always attempt to put the client's interest first and consider the long range impact of each decision I make on their behalf. Every step I take on behalf of any client is designed to foster a long term relationship with that client -- a close relationship that would motivate them to refer friends and family to my office and cause them to use this office for their legal needs in the future.
On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my family, riding Tennessee Walking Horses, playing golf, working in the yard, discovering good restaurants, fine food and a nice bottle of wine.

Professional and effective

Good lawyer, got the job done quickly
My wife and I were referred to Mr. Smith by a friend of ours who had filed bankruptcy. We went to see him and he and Gayle was who we worked with and they were great in helping us through this tough time. I would recommend him to anyone who is fighting debt problems.
