I do not have a case count for the past 25 years in this area of the law. My practice primarily involves representing employers in workers compensation claims through the administrative and judicial processes. I have tried numerous cases in state court, and have argued appeals before the Tennessee Supreme Court.

I do not know the numbers of cases I have handled over the past 25 years; however my litigation practice includes jury and nonjury trials in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee in the areas of personal injury and property damage defense; arson/fraud defense and subrogation, including responsive pleadings; motion practice; written discovery; and depositions. It also includes preparation for and mediation of these type cases. This area also includes appellate practice.
