I hired Attorney Kight for my bankruptcy in 2013. The transition was smooth and easy. I was nervous but she assured me that it would be okay. I switched from a chapter 13 to a 7 and my life is getting back on track. Her office staff was very professional and concerned as well. I loved her business so... much that I hired her to complete my divorce. I did everything she asked me to do with my paperwork and it went smoothly too! I am forever thankful!

Yolanda Kight handled my divorce and a subsequent bankruptcy due to the divorce. In both instances she was kind and very caring considering the sensitive nature of the cases. I did my paperwork in April 2015 for a divorce she was paid in advance and said to take the paperwork to the courts and pay the fee for the file but I did that and they said I had missing paperwork. Unfortunately I lost my copies and got more offline but need a new divorce decree which is something I... needed from her. She has not answered my calls I left multiple messages nothing smh I wish I would have read this review before I hired her. Please do not retain her not reliable at all.

I retained Yolanda Knight to handle my divorce by publication in April 2015. I was told we would be heading to court in September, however I have not heard from her sense. She was paid in full for her services, court cost and for the publication. I have been trying to contact her but she will not ret...urn my calls. I have went by her office and even left a note for her to contact me.... no answer. I contacted the court, they have no record of my divorce even bring filed. I filed a complaint with the bar and am waiting on a response. I just want my money back, I feel as if I've been swindled. For a normal citizen this would be considered theft or fraud, and she should be held accountable. I have given her almost $2000.00 that I don't have to waste. I have a daughter in college, and I'm attending nursing school, so that money was all I had saved. Do not do any business with her..... You have been warned!

CAN'T GET HER ON THE PHONE AND SHE WON'T RETURN MY CALL TALKED TO HE...R ABOUT THREE TIMES AND SOME HOW THE CONVERSATION ALWAYS LEAD BACK TO WHAT SHE IS GOING TO CHARGE ME INSTEAD OF MY CASE. IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE I COULD HAVE DONE. THERE SEEMS TO BE NO JUSTICE IN TRYING TO SEEK JUSTICE. WITH LAWYERS OF HER CALIBER!!!!
