I just want to say that I was extremely pleased with the services that Theresa and her staff showed during my custody modification case. I would like to express my gratitude to Attorney Childress. I had an irate tenant that refused to pay. She protected me and property by proving that the tenant was negligent, untruthful, beliverant and irate. The matter was solved in my favor. Which gives me the great pleasure of thanking Ms Childres...s and her firm. They did a great job and provided excellent t service.

Didn't show up to 4 scheduled appointments, nor did she even bother to call to say she was unable to make it. Didn't inform me that it was necessary for me to go to court one day, and decided to waive my right to tell my side of the story and let me present my evidence, without discussing it with ...me or even letting me know she did so. The 2 times I did get to sit down and speak with her, she would constantly walk in and out of the room, about 5 times in a time span of 15 min which was all I got to talk to her in the 9 months she was handling my case. $1500 for a total of 30 minutes outside of court and 90min total in court where she did nothing but have my case continued every time then waive my right to defend myself. SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS JUST TOOK SOME EASY CASH FROM A SCARED INDIVIDUAL AND I KNOW I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE.
