I am a U.S. citizen by birth, and my spouse cane from overseas to marry me and to enable us to start a new life together here in the States. We needed Valerie to hold our hands and to walk us through my spouse’s change of immigration status. Valerie clearly outlined for us which immigration forms n...eeded to be filed and when, which forms could be filed together and separately (or later on in the process), what her retainer cost and what the filing fees with USCIS cost depending on how and when you file the forms.
