also known as Valerie Lopez
Present Tennessee representations are completely dedicated to U.S. Federal Immigration and Naturalization cases.
Previous California representations were concentrated on U.S. Federal Immigration and Naturalization cases (with criminal defense to resolve in state matters).
Mrs. Lopez's daily focus is fighting for the legal rights of immigration clients involving deportation, removal proceedings, and asylum with an array of naturalization concerns that stem from people locally, and all over the planet. She and her staff work tirelessly on behalf of each and every client to acheive the results they want and deserve. Valerie clearly understands the impact a immigration story has on a family and referrals are a reflection of her numerous legal accomplishments.
Our firms motto is "Client Centered + Client Driven"

Amazing service and experience - Highly Recommend.
My wife and I were searching for a good immigration lawyer after having some difficulties getting a previously lawyer we hired to start working on our case. After a bit of a hostile experience with the other lawyer, which we won't get into, my wife was able to find Valerie. I was lucky she did. Valer...

We needed Valerie to hold our hands and to walk us through my spouse’s change of immigration status. Valerie clearly outlined for us which immigration forms n...

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY!!
I've never given an on line review, but people need to know just how good this attorney truly is. Everything she says is spot on! She represented my husband in a heavy medical marijuana case with the possibility of deportation (he's from the UK). Valerie is very educated on medical marijuana. The...
"Having worked on several cases with Valerie in the past, I can say that she is a tenacious advocate in the courtroom, and her knowledge of the law, especially in the field of medical marijuana defense, is unparalleled. I strongly endorse her work."
""Val" gets great results for her clients on at least a weekly, if not daily, basis. She knows the law, she's highly regarded in the criminal defense field, and I'm proud to call her a colleague. Val is understated: you won't hear her talking about her great results, but her clients' case's outcomes speak for themselves. Val's a natural. She's just plain good at defending people."
"Val is simply an extraordinarily tough, smart, and dedicated attorney who fights tooth and nail for every single client. Her savvy courtroom skills are something anyone charged with a criminal offense should want on their side."
"I have had the pleasure of working with Valerie on numerous criminal defense matters. Her knowledge of the law, efficiency, and commitment to clients sets her apart from the rest. I strongly endorse her work."
