Do not use! A joke!

What a Joke!! He was unorganized, ate, took phone calls and texted while having meetings with you. He never answered emails or would return your calls. The opposing attorney got away with a lot and got my personal information because Stuart didn’t bother to deny the request. He never followed up w...ith anything. During deposition he didn’t write down questions and had no clue what to ask. My ex even laughed when Stuart starting asking about our three kids! We have two! I had to give him the list of my questions I had written down. He kept looking at his cell and emailing during deposition. During mediation, he read his emails and text me asking when he was getting his money. He pulled me out first thing and said that I wasn’t going to get any money I wanted from our business. When I asked why he got mad and yelled at me in front of all the other clients and attorneys in the office! During mediation Sheree, Stuart and Amy (Husband Atty) talked about activities they had done together over the years. We didn’t finalize anything. It was a big mess. At 5:00 that day, he told me to sign papers that were typed up during mediation from opposing attorney. I said I wasn’t signing anything. That we were not done and I wanted to read it all when we were final. He told me that since it was late that I could get a copy and make changes. This was not final draft. He said that I needed to sign to show what we discussed that day so he and the mediator could get paid. I didn’t trust him and asked the mediator, Sheree Hoffman. She said I could get a copy and make changes and that this wasn’t final. She said I needed to sign so they could get paid. Guess what! They lied... There were so many things wrong on the MDA. Things were on there that we never discussed and things that we had agreed on were not on there. I tried calling Stuart the next day and he wouldn’t answer emails, phone calls etc for weeks! I finally called my ex and was told that we were officially divorced almost a month ago! My ex said that Stuart told the Judge that I didn’t want to come to court! He is a sorry excuse for a human being much less an attorney... I could go on for days on everything he did wrong! Do not use!
