Let me first start by saying that my case is complicated and convoluted. Many hoops needed to be jumped thru prior to litigation starting. For years, I thought I was forever stuck with the terrible PPP that I had. My previous lawyer scared me into signing an Agreed Order that was horrible and I was b...eyond scared to initiate proceedings due to the wording of my horrid PPP.
