Nicholas Justin Pierotti

Nicholas J. Pierotti is an attorney at Apperson Crump, PLC. Mr. Pierotti joined his father, Richard W. Pierotti, in the practice of law concentrating primarily on family, probate and personal injury law. Along with Mr. Pierotti’s day-to-day legal practice, Mr. Pierotti serves the Town of Collierville and the City of Germantown as an Assistant District Attorney in addition to serving the Town of Oakland as Town Prosecutor.

Mr. Pierotti is a third-generation practicing attorney. Mr. Pierotti’s grandfather, Judge Horace O. Pierotti, is a retired General Sessions Criminal Court and City of Memphis Judge. Judge Pierotti served Memphis and Shelby County honorably for 24+ years. Mr. Pierotti’s father, Richard, has been practicing law for 40+ years. For decades, the “Pierotti” name has established strong ties in the legal community. In fact, Mr. Pierotti’s family influences in the legal profession ultimately led Mr. Pierotti to pursue his own career in law.
