Mark Tilden Jobe Jr

I am an attorney focused generally on business transactions with an emphasis on commercial real estate. I represent buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords and commercial tenants in various matters pertaining to real estate. I can assist and advise entrepreneurs in forming their first company (LLCs, corporations, etc.) and developing the essential documents that will govern the business' operations. I have negotiated and closed mergers, acquisitions, secured loans and other transactions for my clients in a timely, efficient and affordable manner.

I am a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law (GBO!) where I successfully completed the Concentration in Business Transactions and served as the Senior Commentaries Editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law. While there, I was awarded the Certificate of Academic Excellence for Extraordinary Achievement. 

Before going to law school, I graduated summa cum laude from the University of Memphis with a Bachelors of Business Administration, while majoring in Economics. While at the University, I pitched for the Tiger baseball team and served on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee for the University of Memphis Athletic Department. Today, I am involved with the M-Club, as a Lifetime Member. GO TIGERS!!

I grew up in Midtown and graduated from White Station High School. In my time away from the office, I enjoy playing basketball, watching the Tigers and Vols play basketball and football, spending time with my wife, Julie, and our two pups,  Reese and Olive.
