Biography
Mr. Sanders started his own firm in 2011. As a native Tennessean, he is a graduate of three fine Tennessee institutions Montgomery Bell Academy (in Nashville, 1997), Rhodes College (BA in 2001), and the University of Memphis School of Law (JD 2005).
As a law student, he received the best grade in the class in Trust Law, receiving a CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and served as law clerk to the Honorable Arnold B. Goldin, (now on Tenn. Court of Appeals) for 2 years. Mr. Sanders has been admitted to the bar of Tennessee since 2005.
Mr. Sanders practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Corporate Law, Creditor’s Rights & Commercial Litigation.
