I hired this attorney on good faith. I did not receive the proper judgement or the outcome I had expected. I could not get him to return my call the day of my hearing he didn't show up another young man did that was late whom I had never met. Half of debt was not included in my bankruptcy I still rec...eive phone calls and bills from debt collectors my credit is worse now than before. I even had to go meet his assistant on a Saturday to pay the remaining balance that I did not owe. I end up having to go to the courts myself and pay a 100.00 on something odd dollars to get it discharged. He never paid the court house but it was in my contact he did. Please watch out who you hire.

I called mr.payne concerned why my home was not in my name but in the mortgage company's name, he told me that he didn't know why. He told me to call to find out, once I called they told me my home is no longer mine, that I filed bankrupty after my home was foreclosed, so I called mr.payne back he s...aid that was not true, that he just spoke with someone at the mortage company, I was very worried even crying, I asked for the phone# and the person he talked to so I can get an understanding of what's going on, he didn't give me the name or #, he said he was to busy for this and hung up, if anyone say he a good lawyer don't believe the hype, he's only good if everything's going right, if not u on your own, he just want your money
