Money well spent

As a new physician obtaining employment in another state, many loopholes exist benefiting the hospital. Walter spent months negotiating and rewriting the 26 page contract that would save me thousands in the departure from this entity 24 months later. I would want his expertise again if the need arise...s.

Health care contract disputes

Walt did an outstanding job for us! Walt researched several breach of contract issues and related precedents involving payer agreements between a health insurance company and providers. His opinions were clear, concise and useful in our contract dispute negotiations. He is very knowledgeable and i...s an asset for anyone's team.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education

  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
