This lady has been telling my son for 8 years that she is going to over turn his case, get him a new trial and have the charges lower. So far nothing has happened we are out of thousands of dollars, she was suppose to get the messages out of the victim phone then she said there was nothing in the ph...one which is not true, she had him hire a forensic analyst man after he got paid she said he died now she is asking for more money for another forensic analyst, I think she is scamming us to be honest

Josie went above and beyond for my expungement/pardon case. The clerks office gave her the runaround multiple times because no one in the Shelby County office had ever handled a pardon. The amount of perseverance and determination Josie had in handling this case was extremely impressive. This was sup...posed to be a very simple task. The clerk’s office and prosecutors made the process unnecessarily difficult. I cannot tell you the number of times she had to keep going back and forth from clerks to clerk's manager to clerk's office to prosecutors. She made more than a dozen attempts to meet with a particular prosecutor, who repeatedly walked out on her. It was extremely unprofessional and I am sure frustrating. Despite all of these hardships, Josie was able to get my case taken care of. I cannot say enough about her level of commitment. If she went to these lengths for a simple pardon, I can only imagine what a great job she would do with a more serious case.

I would like to start by saying thank you Josie Holland so much for believing in me,in my case and in yourself. She always answered my phone calls when ever I had any concerns. This lady went before the Supreme Court and let them judges have it. Man I am so thankful for her. Out of 5 judges, 4 agree...d to exonerate my convictions. I was convicted on 3 first degree murder charges and was sentenced to life in prison. I was incarcerated for 7yrs. Josie holland fault hard for me.
