wouldn’t recommend this Attorney for any landlord tenant cases I hired Ms JanetGoode to represent me in my on going issues with stonebrook apartments I had to no running water in my kitchen for almost a month mold in my ceiling causing it to collapse also my ac didn’t work at all had to buy addition...al fans and window units to cool my apartments calling code Enforcement was not enough I figured it was time to hire a reliable trust worthy attorney that would understand the distress I was in upon talking to Janet Goode in person she informed me about her services and I had to pay 300 dollars for a demanding letter to get sent out to stonebrook attorney and to put my rental payment in an escrow account for two months until I vacate the property I did just that shortly after I tried multiple times to reach out to her for any updates emailing calling the office waiting in the office for multiple hours just to get any additional information she informed me stonebrook attorney agreed if I left that apartment before December 31,2021 I would not be held accountable for those two months I put my rental payment in escrow I did just that I moved out uploading pictures to show my apartments was left in great condition six months later I received a call from the credit agency stating I owe them 1600 dollars from stonebrook apartments I have been reaching out everyday trying to inform her on what had happened and that stonebrook attorney did not with held there end of the deal. Unfortunately I have not yet to receive a phone call or email after I emailed her multiple times calling the office leaving messages everyday trying to let her know what had happened this is no way to treat anybody I did everything right still ended up with stonebrook on my credit report. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this attorney

Horrible response time and horrible support for a child in DCS. She put the child in danger with the biological parents that have criminal charges pending. She’s either completely negligent or just doesn’t care. Very sad. These attorneys should be advocating for the children not letting more harm hap...pen.
