No representation

Lenow was hired by the court to represent my son. This was 2yrs ago. He only went to see him once. That time resulted in him going to see a different person and he thought it was my son. Totally had the name wrong. At another time, he failed to show up for court appearances. Says he didn't know he ha...d been appointed by the judge. He never contacts the family or my son to let us know when next court Appearances. Very incompetent. Haven't took a Deposition from anyone with information about my son's case.

Incompetent Representation

I hired Mr. Lenow to represent me in a custody case. He had at least 6 months to prepare for the case. His written petition was skeletal, not containing key facts. Once in court, his remarks to the Judge were inconsistent and he was unable to verbally communicate key facts. It was simply shameful.
