Austin Alders

Attorney Austin Alders is the managing partner of Alders and Lewellyn, PLLC. Attorney Alders is licensed in the State of Tennessee (BPR No. 034843, admitted 2016) and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
Mr. Alders is a proud Memphian who graduated from Cordova High School and then attended the University of Memphis. While at the University of Memphis, Mr. Alders obtained two degrees, Criminal Justice and History, and graduated Cum Laude in 2012. Immediately upon graduating from the University of Memphis, Mr. Alders attended the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor and being admitted to the Tennessee bar the following year.
After graduating, Mr. Alders began working at a small personal injury law firm. During his time at this law firm, the firm quadrupled in size and Mr. Alders was the head of the pre-litigation department during this period of growth. That role taught him how injury claims are built from the ground up, and how insurance carriers work to devalue them. However, Mr. Alders felt unfulfilled and decided to create his own law firm, and in 2019 Alders Law Firm was established. Attorney Eric J. Lewellyn joined him in practice in January 2022, and the firm became Alders and Lewellyn, PLLC. When not working tirelessly for his clients, Mr. Alders enjoys all things Memphis, from the local restaurants to the Memphis Grizzlies.
