Mozella Terry Ross

ONE OF THE WORST ATTORNEYS IN SHELBY COUNTY. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, FAIRNESS & YOUR TIME THEN DO NOT GO TO HER. Somebody needs to know this. Mozella Ross: 1. Does not have staff, her own secretary quick due to Mozella’s verbal abuse & hostile work environment. 2. She talks crazy to her clients. Y...ou know how you pay a lawyer & then they get comfortable talking to you like a child…..she does that. 3. She is not organized at all. 4. She panic, flustered & confused in court & you will lose or be embarrassed & made at yourself for hiring her. 5. She does not know how to fight for you & strategically help you win. 6. She is simply too unavailable (personal issues, job laxness & unprofessional). 7. Exercises mental & verbal abuse to her clients. She ran for judge & lost; people know how she operates. 8. I was a client of hers & I have 1st hand experience with her. 9. She wasted my time & had my case dragged on purpose.

I would not recommend Mozella Ross to my worst enemy. She is very rude & hateful acting. She says she's been practicing law for 20+ yrs but I find that hard to believe. She acts like she's been practicing law for 1 month. She does not fight for her clients, she does not even have a secretary in h...er office because the secretary she had went to work elsewhere because of Mozella's cruel attitude. She has a 1 track mind & does not stand up to in court to fight like a lawyer should. She had me coming to court on the wrong date because she dropped the ball & did not confirm the court date with the judge. She acted as if she was on my ex husband's side not mines. She is embarrassing, lack common sense, is not strategic, unprofessional, easily frustrated & will yell & talk down to her clients. She is pitiful & I promise you please don't see her. She is the worst of the worst. You would do better Prince Mongo be your attorney. I am serious she is a nightmare & I wish I could give her a negative 5.

Very unprofessional. Never prepared. Unfocused. Attorney would rather argue with her clients than negotiate with the prosecutors. Rude. I scheduled a meeting with her to discuss the progress of my case. I guess this upset her. She spoke very ghetto and loud in a condescending manner and played... with her cell phone reading text messages. I informed her that her services were no longer needed. She followed me out into the parking lot while continuing to scream that she runs her cases not the clients. After the prosecutor gave this attorney the discovery evidence in my case it took her an entire month to read it. At my court date the prosecutor waved her away because she was unprepared to discuss my case. We went to try and get a copy of the preliminary hearing evidence and she didn't know where to go or how to proceed to get the tape. Unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this and advise anyone interested in this attorney's services to beware.
