Maggie Cooper is an attorney in Lewis Thomason's Memphis office. A native Memphian, Ms. Cooper has a diverse litigation practice, with particular emphasis in healthcare liability, transportation, products liability and employment litigation. Ms. Cooper has successfully defended cases prior to trial and through verdict in state and federal court. She routinely obtains favorable results for her clients at the appellate level as well.
Ms. Cooper is a graduate of the American Bar Association's Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section Leadership Academy and of the Tennessee Bar Association's Leadership Law program. Ms. Cooper is active in the Memphis community, serving as the vice-chair of the board of directors of Memphis College Prep, an elementary charter school, and is an active member of the Junior League of Memphis.
