Mr. Beard is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Mississippi Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. Mr. Beard is a graduate of the 2013 Memphis Bar Association Trial Academy. Mr. Beard has an active practice in both Tennessee and Mississippi focused on labor and employment law representing management, corporate, transactional, construction, insurance defense, and estate planning. Mr. Beard has engaged in arbitrations and mediations, represented clients before various administrative agencies, and has an excellent background in state and federal court litigation. He also assists corporate clients with personnel policies and compliance issues related to state and federal labor laws.
