NO, DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! He has a distorted sense of responsibility to his clients! Attorney J. T. Harris was appointed the public defender by the Criminal Court system in Memphis, TN to defend my son, who is currently serving time at the penal farm for breaking probation on a minor drug char...ge. To date, my son and I have called this attorney over ten times with not one single return phone call. He obviously doesn't care because he will not return our phone calls. Now you can blame it on being a pro bono case if you want to....but, the bottom line is his integrity and sense of duty, not to mention that old fashioned word, JUSTICE! I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY KNOWING THIS INFORMATION!!!
