Coble was my attorney for two years. I hired him because his junior attorney made a very good impression... before she left to be a judge just a few months later. He is a nice guy... but that works against him. Opposing counsel always got what they wanted... never opposed... and his 'settlement' o...ffers strongly favored the other side. Unfortunately, Coble is also very forgetful and disorganized if it goes to trial. The best example was from my wife's deposition. Literally just 10 seconds after he swore her in, Coble looked down at his papers, looked up, and then asked "Now have I sworn you in yet"??? Everyone was shocked. My jaw hit the floor... but it was a bit late to be switching attorneys at that point. I should have. I stuck with him till his new junior attorney left for maternity leave just a month before trial... and I knew he couldn't handle the trial. I fired him, and somehow he found $10k of additional billable hours 'organizing' my papers before leaving. Avoid at all cost!
