You need an attorney in OH fast to see how you can get that dismissed. It is unlikely, but still dangerous re the diversion in TN, and I don't know...

120k bond is not a misdemeanor. Is this a Bartlett case or Fed case.

No. Release from 201 takes 10-14 hours due to volume, especially on Mondays and Saturdays.

Jail is a possibility. However, it sounds like in patient drug treatment may be in order. Your atty will address the court regarding this.
