It's likely you will go back to jail if they have ANY proof at all. It's not a real hearing, just some parole officer reading the reports.

They shouldn't kick the door in unless they have arrest warrant and he lives there. Avoid the drama, tell him to turn himself in.

Look at the order you got in court or ask your attorney. It will depend on if geographical restrictions were listed on the order.

State law doesnt allow a handgun permit if you have two or more DUIs. I don't know of a time restriction.
