If your not supervised, who would do the testing. just remember, DONT DO DRUGS WHILE ON PROBATION, you just get in trouble.

the court that sentenced him, and therefore that court's state has jurisdiction over him. Sounds like TX has got priority over him.

yes you have duty to report but if there is an allegation that your coached a false report, then that could be grounds for a change of custody.

You need to retain counsel on both the new charge and the pending VOP. With some luck and good lawyering you may avoid a VOP.

Most likely it was dripped from the calander. He will need to reset, get judgement, wait 10 days and then throw you out. That all assumes the BK...
