Yes . For 1500.00 in atty fees she can buy some time. She would need to see what the going rate is and if she qualifies to file.

I agree, if he is suspected of knowing the id of a killer, he is likely to be arrested, held and charged. He might even be charged with the murder....

In TN, we don't have a "speedy trial" to waive. You have to demand a speedy trial and it may still take many months to get to trial.
