Christopher Michael Myatt

Chris is a partner in Spicer Rudstrom’s Memphis office, focusing on litigation throughout Tennessee and Mississippi. He has more than 10 years of experience handling premises liability cases. His practice is also concentrated in business and commercial litigation, product liability, governmental tort liability, insurance coverage, insurance defense and workers’ compensation.

Chris graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee Martin with a bachelor’s degree in history. He obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he was Publications Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and was recognized with the Editor-in-Chief’s award. He has achieved an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Away from the office, Chris serves on the board of S.O.S. Memphis, an urban home repair ministry that transforms inner city neighborhoods. He also coaches his kids’ sports teams and volunteers with the youth group at his church with his wife, Elizabeth.
