After my car accident which was determined as not my fault, and my car was rendered a total loose. I hired Atty Horne to guide me through recovery of health issues physical and mental stress. Mr. Horne and his office staff did not attend to my needs beyond initially setting up appointmentso with a ch...iropractor. They never called to check on my condition for over a year. They only returned my calls to their office. Each time I tired to advise them of health issues happening, I was told they did not need any medical reports. Upon calling Mr. Horne on his cell phone to express my concerns of his progress he did not recognize my name, and it took a few minutes of explaining who I was for him to recognize me. Finally 1 year and 3 months ago legal aid called to inform me that Mr. Horne had turned to case over to her and that she had negotiated $13,000 for me. I advised her that that would not even cover my bills or what it Vista me to replace my totalled car. It was my opinion that Mr. Horne was not qualified or interested in a personal injury case. I felt like I was not high profile enough for his firms Reputation. He made me feel insignificant and it hurt me to my heart because this accident turned my life upside down.
