Not all heroes wear capes
I wish I had the vocabulary power to describe how amazed I am with Barney and his office. They are Johnny on the spot! I would leave 100 stars if I could. Not only is this man the best around, but his prices are fair! You will not be hiring a lawyer, you're getting a superhero.

Miracle Worker
I was arrested on a DUI charge and didn't think I had any chance of getting out of it. My job was on the line, so I hired Mr. Witherington based on numerous people referring him as the "go- to" guy for these situations. Best Attorney in Tipton Co
Barney is the best attorney around. He has the respect of all the Judges and District Attorneys. Unlike some other local attorneys, Barney Witherington knows the law and knows how to research. He is the best around. No question I recommend him!!!
