“The charge was filing proofs of claims in an attempt to hide them from the Chapter 13 trustee. However, the Chapter 13 Trustee testified that he knew of them from the beginning. This was a political situation and not an ethics situation. The complaining judge was the same juxge who had his name stamped on many Court Orders instead of reading them and signing them.”
