Julie Ann Dichtel Byrd

Ms. Byrd handled my divorce for me. She was everything my children and I needed at the time. There were extenuating circumstances in my case which involved abuse of one of my children by my ex's father. She handled the situation delicately and with the utmost professionalism. Julie Byrd was hired 12/16 as my divorce attorney she never return calls. Carol the paralegal is very rude when you call the office for Julie Byrd and she hung up the phone on you. Really do not if Julie is aware or even concern because I paid last you and still do not have the correct paperwork afte...r Carol was notified that it was a error on the divorce decree. This law firm is a joke.

Unprepared. Disorganized office environment. Agreed to things with opposing counsel that were not discussed with me previously. Distracted and not focused on conversation/ matter during meetings. Got the feeling that she just had way too much going on and my situation suffered because of it. After ...contacting a new attorney, my issue was resolved to my favor within 90 days.
