"Fred is an outstanding attorney with experience in a variety of practice areas. In addition to estate planning, Fred is adept in real estate transactions, title, and probate. Fred has a natural ability to connect and a personable demeanor that puts clients at ease."
"I've had several opportunities to discuss state, local, and municipal law with Fred in the context of his work within his local community. Fred is someone whose passion for the law and for policy is driven by his compassion for and sincere interest in those around him. A recipient of a dual J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Memphis, Fred is one of those rare attorneys who understands the law, its effect on business, and the cumulative effect of both of those on Tennessee communities."
