William Cheever Sessions III

Worker's comp case. Took over 5 years to finish due to delays (normal cases 2 years max), Sessions filing responses late, not answering phone calls or responding to emails for up to 6 months at a time, etc. His secretary did respond to emails and said she'd "ask him" but that also took weeks to get... responses. In the end, opposing counsel (defense) had to push for a trial just to bring a conclusion about. And the delays in prosecution ultimately resulted in motions to dismiss being filed and additional questioning during trial. In the end, I hired a second attorney to clean up matters at the end with medical debt collectors and Sessions never responded to his requests for information and documents.
