Business: Representing small to medium-sized businesses from start-up and incorporation through business planning and expansion, advising officers and boards of directors, risk management and protecting property rights, trade secrets and proprietary information, mergers, acquisitions, succession planning, corporate reorganizations and dissolutions and employment policies, protections and claims.

Banking: Representing banks and bank customers to establish and implement loan programs, negotiating and drafting commercial and real estate loan documentation and work-out agreements, advising bank management and board of directors, negotiating and closing on bank acquisitions, defending lender liability, priority and debtor-creditor claims.

Tax and Estate Planning: Advising, counseling, and implementing tax plans ranging from simple to complex, establishing, qualifying and advising non-profit corporations, charitable foundations and trusts, coordinating and handling trust and estate administration, facilitating family meetings and wealth transfers in and out of probate.

Real Estate: Negotiating, drafting and closing commercial mortgage loans, leases, purchases, sales, like-kind exchanges and condemnations; prosecuting and defending real estate disputes; representing clients in city staff, planning commission and council matters.
