Tucker Montgomery, JD MD, is the preeminent medical malpractice lawyer in East Tennessee. Yes background as a practicing physician for many years in the emergency room, combined with his extensive experience defending care providers for many years, has provided him with a unbelievably sound and advantageous knowledge base. His humility, demeanor and approach (and sense of humor) make him a true joy to be around. If he will take your case, you should consider yourself very lucky.
I work as an independent legal consultant. I would like to highly recommend Dr Montgomery. He is the only attorney I have ever worked with that stressed legal ethics. (We sat down in his office before I took my first case home, and he would periodically mention that focus as I picked up other cases.) If more attorneys emphasized this, the legal profession would go a long way to improving their reputation.
Adding to this, he and his staff had a strong rapport. There was a strong sense of mutual respect and caring making it also the warmest atmosphere I've ever worked in. And the respect did not end there as I saw firsthand how much he really cared about his clients and their situations. He is a patient advocate in every sense of the term.
.
If you're an attorney with a need for the best consultant for a medical case, Dr Montgomery should be your first choice. If you’re a patient and need an attorney, suggest Dr Montgomery as a consultant. I believe you will be very happy with your choice.
I have never wanted to work for anyone more in my life after working with his firm as an independent consultant. It was always a pleasure to work with him. But now he has given up his firm working as an independent consultant himself. That makes it difficult for me to ever work with him again, but you could.
