Mr. Holifield also is an adjunct professor teaching Employee Benefits Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law. Mr. Holifield is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the Fourth and Sixth Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee.
