He's Great

Very compassionate, I was in pain and had never done anything like that before. Justin and Celia took great care of me.. i have sent friends of mine to him and if anything happens again I will go back to him...

Hit and Run-exceeded my expectations

I was hit by someone, who then fled on foot and was never caught by police. I did have injuries, and thought it was just a lost cause, because I did not have anyone to pursue to pay for the medical bills I incurred. Then I met Justin Day. He assured me he could help me and it was not a lost cause. H...e was very patient with me, respectful, and really listened to my concerns during my consultation. I hired him to represent me. I did not regret it! He really took the pressure off of me and took care of so many things, so I could focus on getting better. He was very thorough and communicated with me what was going on with my case. I would absolutely recommend Justin Day to anyone. He exceeded my expectations and showed me what a lawyer should do if they are representing you. He definitely set a high bar for me.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
