I cannot say enough good things about Jerry Becker! I'm beyond happy about the outcome of my divorce case! Jerry is always available and he and his office staff genuinely care about you. I really was absolutely blown away with his compassion for helping me and I will never forget it! I honestly... would not use anyone else no matter what the circumstances are. I had a difficult situation at my job and considered filing a lawsuit against the company. Jerry Becker came recommended, so I called him immediately. At our very first conversation, Mr. Becker was upfront and realistic regarding the situation and expectations. He diligently explained every situati...on in detail and answered all of my questions. From start to finish, Mr. Becker took my phone calls and was always responsive and attentive to my concerns. He was reassuring, articulate, knowledgeable and effective. Throughout the case, Mr. Becker was very professional and amazing at being so responsive and attentive, maintaining consistent communication until my case was resolved. I had a complicated case, but Mr. Becker helped me through it with a successful outcome. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Becker. It was evident that he put a lot of hard work on the case. I feel very fortunate that Mr. Becker was my attorney, and I recommend him to anyone in need of an attorney. He was an angel sent from heaven.

He is a deadbeat worthless pos Lawyer! He lives on harassing defendants in cases that he is doing pro-Bono work for someone else and harasses the defendants and messes with their everyday lives! He should be disbarred for harassing men that pay their child support but because they actually are good ...people he preys on them! I will connect every single person in Knoxville TN that is on the counsel and have him investigated for harassment!

Mr.Becker is a busy lawyer and I understand this. However I was made to feel all though my case (divorcing an abusive husband while we had our infant child) was unimportant and while worth my money was not worth his time. He would go months without returning my call or email. I was often interrupt...ed and on several occasions would laugh at my hopes/expectations and would hear “that’s not gonna happen” opposed to explaining why and offering what could be done instead. During mediation he was short with me, eating chips loudly, growing irritated when I didn’t answer him as quickly as he would have liked and after hanging up never told me mediation was over as I sat for two hours waiting for a call back, thinking mediation was continuing. Mr.Becker is completely unprofessional, so disappointed. I terminated my services with him, obtaining a great lawyer instead. I contacted him to return the money I provided which wasn’t used and was blown off. Blown off via phone and email. I called everyday after (weeks after I initially emailed him about the money) where he finally took my call and was yet again rude. He said he’d send the check out to me, hanging up on me. I received the check which was $400.00 short. I then went through this process again with him. I sent via email photos of the contract we signed, the money orders I sent him and how it was short. Finally he sent a second check out for the money he was clearly hoping to keep and for me to not notice. I understand he's a low priced lawyer but please do not waste your time and frustration with this lawyer.
