Best criminal defense attorney in Knoxville
Won't get into too much detail, but I was facing twenty years on false charges. Phil did not try to plea bargain, did his research and fought for me. The DA ultimately realized he wasn't going to negotiate and dropped charges. Myself and my family are more than greatful and recommend him to all.
