My experience with Ooten Law Firm was extremely disappointing. Before payment, I felt like they genuinely cared about my case. After they received my money, however, I felt completely ignored and repeatedly rescheduled. I provided all of my documents in person and was later asked for them again as... if they had never been received. I never had a proper sit down consultation to go over my case, discuss a strategy, or explain what was actually being done. I didn’t even meet Matt until the day I fired the firm, when I was asked if I planned to pay more money. After terminating their services, I repeatedly requested an itemized summary showing what work was actually performed with the money I paid. Nearly four months later, I still have not received one. I had consulted with three other law offices that provided free consultations and actual game plans before requiring payment. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my gut and chosen one of them. I feel like I paid for legal representation and received nothing but rescheduling and frustration. I would not recommend Ooten Law Firm and would strongly encourage anyone considering them to do their research and ask exactly what services they will receive before paying.
