OUTCOME: Dismissed

Client had a DUI second that carries a mandatory 45 days in jail. He gave blood that came back at .24 (three times the legal limit). After reviewing the video, we found a legal issue that we used to sh ... ow he was illegally seized, therefore his blood should be suppressed and the case dismissed. We had multiple hearings on the matter and after 2 years of hard work, his case was dismissed and his charges expunged.
