If you had any idea how many emails of correspondence between all parties involved are on Mark's server you'd be simply amazed. Yet he took it all with stride, never got upset (I think I would have) and actually tried to understand the problems at hand. She was left understanding what she had in front of her and more than pleased with all his work forming a new "Living Trust" that was exactly as she wanted it. Professional, courteous and in the top 1% of lawyers that actually listen to people and do what is asked. Couldn't be more pleased.
