Please do not use this lawyer to represent you. He took 5 grand from us and failed us. He wouldn’t answer phone calls or emails. Phone call after phone call and he was always on another call. He’s not competent in immigration law. I had to contact a lawyer in Louisiana to help assist Tim in how to fi...le a bond hearing. He didn’t know how to do it. He is not at all an advocate for immigration nor does he care the outcome. I have filed a formal complaint with the TN bar.

I hired Tim Coode to appeal my SSDI application, and after almost a year, I find it through a 3rd party, he never filed the appeal. I then went to the office and he told me he knew for over 2 weeks, but failed to contact me. Never offered to fix it or anything. I wouldn't hire this guy for ANYTHING!!...!! ¡No contrate a este abogado de inmigración! ¡Es un estafador y le robará su dinero y no lo representará!

Coode "represented" me for about a year regarding my disability claim, and in that time I think he might have returned my calls twice. He has a little boy receptionist who acts as a gatekeeper and can't even answer simple questions. Coode himself is a terrible advocate. You would be better off repres...enting yourself that having this worthless excuse of a lawyer representing you.

Mr. Tim Coode FRAUD me. I hired him 4 years ago and as soon I paid him, he ignored me 100%. He never returned calls or emails, never collected any information about me, didn't fill out or submitted any document, didn't apply for my citizenship, never gave me any status of my case, and just simple did...n't communicate with me at all.-- 4 years has passed since I paid him, and finally his office blocked my number to don't call him anymore. His secretaries are the rudest person in the city and always hide him. This lawyer must be reported to the TN Bar, or Sue him for Fraud. Please do not hire him if you don't want to lose your money.

I met Mr Coode because I didn’t like attorneys that have talking dogs, cars that speak or lawyers who act tough. After 35 years of dealing with high-ranking diplomatic professionals to include the President of the United States I feel I have a very good grasp of people and their capabilities. Don’...t expect a fancy office but you will be treated very fairly and his office was in constant communication with me. Mr. Coode know the system, knows between those playing the system and those that are truly deserving. He expends his energy in representing those who need his services. I admire a professional who knows his stuff and makes his clients at ease.
