My father had declined to the point that he needed more care than we could provide, even with a nurse coming in for 40 hours each week. It was the other 128 hours in the week that was overwhelming. After a long struggle we were able to get him into a nursing home, but he soon exhausted all of his fin...ancial resources. It cost more to keep in in the nursing home than I gross in a year. When he was denied by TennCare, we were desperate. That's when we found Monica and her Team. They were able to get my father approved. TennCare even covered the interim during our appeal. I don't know what we would have done without Monica Franklin and her team!
