Michael S. Shipwash (a.k.a. Lawyer Mike) was born in Titusville, Florida, September 30, 1969. Lawyer Mike, a disabled veteran, served in the U.S. Army during the Gulf War (1988 – 1991) and was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for Exceptionally Meritorious Service. Lawyer Mike received his B.A. from the University of Florida in 1994. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, graduating cum laude and in the top 10% of his class, from the University of Memphis in 1997. He was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1998 and has maintained his own solo practice in Knoxville, Tennessee and surrounding counties since 2005. He has a strong background in representing Corporations and Insurance companies. He is now able to bring his experience to you on the personal injury side.
