BEST LAWYER EVER

I was charged with a DUI back in January. James Bell was amazing from the start. My family contacted him while I was in jail and as soon as I was released I went to his office. He was caring, smart, compassionate throughout the whole process. In the end ALL of my charges were completely dismissed! On... top of that, Mr. Bell dealt with the board of nursing so that I could keep my medical license. My hero!

Amazing Attorney

I received a letter from the Board of nursing about an accusation that could result in me losing my nursing license. It was a very scary situation to be involved in. Im a worry wart and I was feeling very anxious, nauseated and overwhelmed. I contacted Attorney James Bell with hopes he could help... me. From the moment I entered his office he treated me with compassion and had the upmost concern for my situation and the ordeal I was going through. I was truly a damsel in distress. Having my livelihood and career I worked so hard for, threatened to be taken away. James Bell helped me stay focused, calm and confident. He represented me before the licensing board. He prepared me with confidence and presented a cogent argument on my behalf. Within less than a week, the board dismissed the matter without consequence. I believe that his strategy to provide the board with thorough documentation on myself, my career, my accomplishments as well as the circumstances related to the issue at hand facilitated the board's decision to look no further into the case. I am grateful for his services and highly recommend him. He is an amazing attorney with compassion and knowledge and I'm so happy and thankful to have had him represent me. Not only does he deeply care about the case, he cares about me as a person and how I am handling it all. He is definitely someone you want on your side to help you through. I highly recommend him and could not have handled the situation without him. He is amazing.

When an attorney is censured it means he or she did something wrong but may still practice law. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
