Richard Gaines is a major procrastinator who will tell you what you want to hear in order to get his up-front money. He then won’t deliver and will give every excuse why he can’t, except for the truth. He is quick with the lies. In the end, he will kept the money and you’re worse off than you were. ...
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Gaines was my professor. Then, I worked for him as a clerk before I became a licensed attorney and with him since receiving my license. He is intelligent, quick-witted, and a fierce defender of the republic. He is an excellent teacher, mentor, and attorney. He has a stellar working relationship with everyone he encounters. If I ever needed an attorney, I would call Richard Gaines."
